The two shows will clash when they both launch on Saturday, March 24.
The rival reality series were originally expected to overlap for 45 minutes.
BBC One's The Voice was pushed forward from its original 7.15pm airtime to 7pm to lessen the overlap, but ITV retaliated by moving Britain's Got Talent from 7.45pm to 7.30pm.
The Got Talent transmission time has now shifted to 8pm, ITV has announced, reducing the overlap once again.
Earlier today, it was alleged that ITV was "clearly worried" by The Voice, which features Jessie J, Danny O'Donoghue, will.i.am and Tom Jones as coaches.
Speaking to Digital Spy back in January, Britain's Got Talent boss Simon Cowell admitted that he recognised The Voice as a threat.
