According to the Daily Star, Jones, 71, has dismissed the actress's remarks, claiming that he doesn't even know who she is.
"I had no idea who she was or what she did," the Welsh pop icon is quoted as saying.
The Voice and Got Talent have been battling for ratings and publicity since it was revealed that they would overlap in the Saturday night schedules.
The two shows will clash again this Saturday for 20 minutes, between 8pm and 8.20pm.
