"This process has given me a platform to see if people would appreciate my style," the singer told Digital Spy.

"I feel like there is a gap in the market for it, and I am ready to fill it. I've been approached by some awesome producers, can't drop any names yet, but everything has been hugely positive," said the Team Danny contestant.

Speaking about her song choice of 'Iris' by the Goo Goo Dolls, Sampa stated: "I think I should have put more of my own spin on the song. This whole process is so intense, I think I got a bit lost.

"Watching it back now I've learned what works and what doesn't - but there's always a silver lining."

Sampa's fusion of western pop and classical Indian music had made her a fan favourite on the reality TV show.

The singer's blind audition of the Oasis track 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out' has amassed over 600,000 views on YouTube.
