'The Voice' UK: Who picked who on Saturday night?

By
The Voice UK coaches found ten new acts that had them spinning in their chairs at the weekend. Tom Jones, will.i.am, Jessie J and Danny O'Donoghue were all in fighting form as they name-dropped, bragged and sniped at each other to get the singers they wanted in their team.

Digital Spy rounds up the best of the action from Saturday night and takes a look at how the teams stand after week two

Team Jessie J
Team Jessie after week one already had alopecia sufferer Toni Warne, Belfast teen Jessica Hammond and YouTube phenomenon Ben Kelly. The 'Price Tag' singer added two more members to her squad on Saturday night, Vince Kidd and David Faulkner. Kidd, who already had reality TV pedigree on The X Factor, adds some swagger and eccentricity to Team Jessie. Meanwhile, flat cap-wearer Faulkner stunned all four coaches with his take on Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition'.

Team Tom
Trigger happy Sir Tom already had Sam Buttery, Adam Isaac and Aundrea Nyle on his teamsheet after week one and the Welsh icon proved to be just as keen on bashing his buzzer in week two. 47-year-old Falkirk belter Barbara Bryceland captured Jones's ears, former '80s pop star Denise Pearson got him rather excited and the first duo on the show - lovebirds Matt and Sueleen - were also snapped up by the 'What's Up Pussycat' singer.

Team will
The Black Eyed Peas star remains a tough cookie to crack for the singers and his squad remains streamlined with only three members so far. His first addition last Saturday was flame-haired J Marie Cooper, a highlight from week one. Joining her in will's team were two-time X Factor reject and jobbing actor Heshima Thompson and 18-year-old Wakefield native Frances Wood, who edged her way into the second round after quite literally shouting will's name during her 'Where is the Love?' audition.

Team Danny
What Danny O'Donoghue lacks in the name-dropping stakes, he makes up for with passion and chest-beating promises to work harder than anyone else for his acts. After only landing Max Milner last weekend, The Script star snared three more acts in show two. Hired for Team Danny were bad boy and potential new Frankie Cocozza, Aleks Josh, former shelf-stacker David Julien and 'Sex on Fire' troubadour Vince Freeman.
