After returning from the Diary Room he found Victor to be the only housemates still awake, and revealed that Big Brother had been quizzing him on the close friendship the two have developed.
"They just wanted to ask who I got on with in the house, so I said Victor because we're like-minded," Nick explained. "It's just the meeting of minds."
Victor agreed and said that the two housemates' close friendship had caused others to believe he was on a secret task.
Conversation then turned to how they would both be edited on the Big Brother highlights show. Nick explained that during the first series his fellow housemates had found him funny but that none of that had been shown to the viewers.
"I think they're waiting for you to slip up," Victor admitted. "The first few days you were chilled out but now you've started to build some steam."
Victor re-assured Nick that from what he had seen during his time in the Big Brother Bedsit, Nick had not done anything that could be edited to portray himself in a negative light.
The two then discussed their chances of staying in the house, with Nick claiming that, although he could never win the show, he would love to come in sixth place at least.
