During the picnic, Anthony mentioned to Makosi that Nick and Victor are funny together, prompting her to investigate when she returned to the house.
"All he talked about in the date was [you] and Vic," she told Nick. "Is there a bromance going on there?"
Nick, who has been producing Big Brother's Little Brother's Cousin with Victor at night, tried to deflect the questions by suggesting that Anthony could have had a task to stir things up in the house.
However, Makosi was undeterred, saying: "I don't think so... It seemed like the favourite part of the show for him is you and Victor. I really want to know what you guys talk about."
Although Nick suggested that he and Victor have just been engaging in "boys' talk", she continued: "I don't care... I'm staying up with you guys tonight. I want to know what you guys are talking about."
When Nick left the room, Michelle and Makosi giggled that they had unsettled Nick by making Anthony's comments seem much bigger than they were.
"I'm going to turn it on," Makosi whispered. "I'm going to leave Nick now, he's very calculating. I'm going to be working on Victor now."
Michelle described the plan as "genius" and said: "You've knocked him off his keel... you've knocked him so far off that it's hilarious. Tonight's going to be a shocker. I wonder what they act like now."
