Having singled out the BB6 star as their next potential interviewee earlier today, Nick and Victor whisked her out into the nest under the pretence that they had been set a secret task to host the programme.
After introducing her as their "most explosive guest to date", the BB villains started off by questioning Makosi about whether she had clashed with any housemates.
"I think I get along with everyone but then there's slight tension between myself and Ulrika maybe," she confessed. "I think where I come from, I am the queen; where she comes from, she is the queen, and two queens never get along."
Moving on to her surprise reunion with BB6 winner Anthony Hutton, Makosi said: "I think I was underestimating my maturity and I think I underestimated his as well. I thought I was gonna break down and cry. I thought we were gonna argue, but we had a very civil conversation between the two of us, and it couldn’t happen in a better place than here."
After returning from a "quick break", Victor and Nick pressed Makosi on remarks she made earlier today about women with size zero bodies.
Directly referring to fellow housemate Chantelle, the 29-year-old stated: "I'm worried about her eating habits. Obviously she lost a lot of weight [at boot camp]. You can't have peanut butter for dinner. I found that extremely worrying."
Going on to comment on Chantelle and Nikki's decision to have breast implants after slimming down, she added: "You don’t need to pay £10,000 for extra fat. Eat and they will grow."
The interview then came to an abrupt end as Big Brother played the conga into the house and the group all gathered in the back yard for Brian's retrospective task.
