Vanessa asked Nikki what it was like to beat anorexia, and whether she still struggles with it now.
"Can you believe I went through that? It doesn't seem real," said Nikki.
"I couldn't believe it, it hardly seems as if it could possibly be you, because you're eating beautifully now," Vanessa reassured her.
"Yeah, I came through so strong," she replied. "I never used to know how to fit into society because I couldn't eat in front of anybody; I had to eat my lunch in the toilet. So while they were all making friends I was singling myself out."
"When I went into Big Brother and knew everyone was watching, it was such a positive thing for me and helped me to beat my habits so much. I did relapse especially when I was writing my book but I've faced my demons now and turned it around. There are times like this morning when I couldn't fit into my jeans," Nikki explained, before bursting into tears.
She continued: "I could live a normal happy healthy life; I eat what I want, I'm healthy, I'm in control and I love food. I'm so lucky to still be here after everything that happened and that's why I'm like this. I want girls out there and guys to see that it can be done."
"Not bad for 28 years old is it really?" Vanessa told her as she gave Nikki a hug and wiped her eyes.
"I eat most out of everyone here apart from Victor. I've got it all under control and I don't want anyone to worry about me," Nikki concluded.
