Nick: 'I can't believe I'm in the final'

Nick appeared shocked that he had beaten Michelle and Vanessa to a place in the final, following tonight's double eviction.

"Bateman's still here! What does it feel like to be popular after a decade of being a villain?" asked Victor.

"It's really weird," he replied, pausing to reflect on the fact that he is now competing to be crowned winner of Ultimate Big Brother.

"I can't believe we're in the final," he admitted. "I can't believe it. Are you happy?"

Victor replied: "I am psyched for you. Trust me! As long as you don't beat me."

Later on, the self-styled 'slick man' revealed that he too was a little surprised that they were both going through to Friday.

"This sort of thing has never happened before. Two guys like us in the final," said the dad-of-one, who has repeatedly spoken of the fact that the pair of them are the two biggest villains in BB history.

"I know. I honestly can't believe it... I thought we'd have been for the chop, us two," agreed Nick, before Victor unveiled the methods behind his success.

"I looked back at BB5 and tweaked the game plan," he admitted, before marvelling at the people they had beaten to earn their finalist status. "Michelle Bass has got a huge following out there. Massive... She's a great girl. Nadia - second biggest winner. Wow."
