While the housemates were locked in the bedroom this afternoon, the Irish TV presenter recounted how he found the culinary challenge.
"Brian or Nadia [were the worst]" he said. "She got her friend to sing to me and I kept giggling and it was almost like Nadia didn't want us there."
"Brian [Belo] had mint and pea soup, which was like chewing gum and water then tuna that was so overcooked it was chewing gum - I told him."
Brian then laughed at how Sophie had come second despite serving Doritos in dip for a starter and a waffle that looked like "a burned mattress" for desert.
"Brian fell of my chair broke my champagne glass which was Nadia's," he continued. "She was like, 'This would not happen in my house'. I tried to play a game and she said, 'I'm not playing this ridiculous game' - I was like, 'Sit down and play the game. You're in my house, show some respect'."
Brian also joked that Chantelle had "chickened out" after she had been asked to appear on the show but declined the offer.
He added: "Brian Belo. His room is a shrine to Big Brother, he's got every episode of Big Brother, he's got the calendar we made in Big Brother 2 for a task. I actually thought he was gonna lock the door and kill us all."
