The Big Brother 1 contestant left the compound after finishing in fifth place earlier tonight.
At the beginning of his eviction interview, Davina turned to the crowd and declared: "Do you know of all the interviews tonight I think sitting opposite you now is one of the ones that's moving me the most, because you never had this, you never got your eviction moment."
Davina then asked for the audience to cheer the former villain again to make up for his lack of a proper exit first time around.
Accepting the rapturous applause, Nick stated: "It was an amazing experience, to do it again twice, I'm glad I did it. It's one of the most wonderful things to be given a second chance to do this show, I think this show has been amazing.
"When I did it ten years ago I was probably full of bullshit, so I just thought I'd be myself and see how long I go. I thought I would be out in the first week."
Davina pointed out that during his entrance into Ultimate Big Brother, she had introduced him as "Nasty" Nick, but beckoned him down the stairs tonight by calling his name only.
"You’ve changed a lot," she noted. "You're not really nasty are you?"
"I think it's difficult because the media always considers Big Brother contestants as numbskulls," he explained. "But I'm glad I did this show and people have actually seen the real me rather than a child in a man's body.
"I'm just very glad I did it and I think we've got a great bunch of people in the house... this was supposed to be a celebration, not a bloodbath."
As Davina confessed that she had been "waiting for something nasty to happen", the BB veteran remained adamant that he had never intended to relive his treacherous ways.
"If you've been labelled nasty when you're not and you've continued to be knocked by the press and the media as a whole, then it does [knock your confidence]," he said.
Nick was then quizzed on his fellow housemates, where he claimed that he "spent every evening laughing" with Victor, described Coolio as "fun", Nadia as "volatile", Ulrika as "frosty" but ultimately "friendly", and Nikki as "sweet".
