After Davina revealed that Victor, Nick, Preston and Ulrika had finished in fourth to seventh place respectively, the host announced that there was one "Ultimate housemate" who also needed to be remembered.
A VT was then played to show Jade from her time in the Big Brother house to her funeral last year.
"The moment she arrived she put a smile on my face," Davina said on the footage.
PR guru Max Clifford added: "She was no doubt the star of the programme, she went on to become the biggest reality TV star the world has ever known."
The montage also covered Jade's infamous 'race row' from her return to the show in Celebrity Big Brother in 2007.
"Jade was a little bit reluctant... she knew in the back of her head it was a mistake," Big Brother chief Phil Edgar Jones explained. "But she had a lot of loyalty, she was very grateful for the opportunities she was given."
Clifford said of the furore that followed: "Jade's never been racist in her life, you only have to know her circle of friends to know she's not racist. It was a class issue."
Jade's mother Jackiey Budden also described how Jade called her departure from that series the worst day of her life - even more than discovering that she had a tumour.
Davina added in the VT: "I think at the end of the day she was just a vulnerable young girl and we just saw her, warts and all."
