The pair exited the competition after taking on the show's ski jump. They recorded the slowest times in the giant slalom event ahead of tonight's live show.
For the semi-final, the remaining six celebrities took on speed skiing, and were seeded for the giant slalom based on their performance.
Sir Steve Redgrave, Marcus Brigstocke and Joe McElderry guaranteed themselves a place in the final after recording the fastest times in the giant slalom event.
Turner, Neville and Donal MacIntyre were forced to complete a live ski jump, with Turner jumping the shortest distance and immediately leaving the competition.
Neville and MacIntyre then went head-to-head, but the 5ive star failed to land his jump.
Asked by Davina McCall for her highlight, Turner said: "It's got to be the jump. It's got to be facing all those fears and I've said it to so many people, if you've come with any baggage, you can get rid of it up there."
Neville added: "I've had an amazing time, Davina. I said i'm going to come here and give it 100%, and that's exactly what I did. Thanks to everyone at home."
The Jump final airs tomorrow night (February 3) at 9pm on Channel 4.
