Who's pregnant in 'One Tree Hill'?

With Jamie recently celebrating his seventh birthday and Peyton having given birth all those months ago, it's about time for another One Tree Hill regular to find themselves with child, right? Well, it looks like that moment has finally arrived - but which leading lady is waiting to hear the good/bad news?
Also in this week's episode, Dan makes an unwelcome return to Tree Hill, and Hayley makes her stage comeback. Hit 'play' below for a preview:

I'm absolutely loving season 7!! They've done a really great job with the new characters, and changing the dynamic but still keeping all the stuff that makes it the show we love. And, there's always room for another Tree Hill baby - I'm hoping there will be another one for Nathan and Haley at some point!
