'Life On Mars' car sold on eBay

Fan Paul Shedden snapped up the car, which was driven by actors John Simm and Philip Glenister in the 1970s-set police drama.
The 33-year-old revealed that it had covered less than 67,000 miles but had a few holes in the roof, saying: "[It] has got a few dints and battle scars on it from filming where Sam Tyler and Gene Hunt have rolled over the bonnet."
He added he had been delighted to discover some memorabilia from the BBC show in the glove box. "There was a screwed-up script with John Simm's part on it from the last ever episode," he said. "It's a nice little extra to get with the car and adds a bit of value to it."
Shedden bought the car, which is known as "Tina" to fans, in memory of his wife Gill, who died of cancer earlier this year.
More than 7 million viewers watched the last episode of Life On Mars in April.
