Ryan feels 'so lucky' to be 'Bionic Woman'
Jekyll star Michelle Ryan has spoken about her upcoming role in the remake of classic series The Bionic Woman.

"To be a young actress from England and to be given this opportunity, I just feel so lucky," the former EastEnders regular told SciFi Wire. "I'm doing so much preparation for it, like working with a dialect coach, an acting coach, trekking up mountains in Vancouver and working with a personal trainer. I want to just throw myself into the script and give it my all."

The futuristic science-fiction series is set to debut on the NBC network in September, with Ryan playing the role of Jamie Sommers - who has her limbs replaced with extra-strong bionic parts after a serious car accident.
