S01E02

Hyde is strapped to a chair to prevent the vicious alter-ego reaching Tom’s family. He takes a shine to Katherine, his so called ‘nanny’, joking that she is Mary Poppins. He eventually breaks free and terrorises Katherine and seals her in the house, where she admits that she is secretly working for someone else.

After reverting back to Tom, it transpires that Hyde can be suddenly activated for a moment, which occurs when he is out with his two sons and former boss for a meal. He shouts at one son, Eddie, for having a snotty nose, but remembers nothing of the moment when he switches back to being Tom a moment later.

Benjamin, the man who claimed to ‘own’ Hyde, hatches a plan to bring Hyde to him by capturing one of Tom’s sons – the snotty nosed one. Tom is out with his kids at the local zoo when he receives a call from Katherine to tell him that Hyde is awake. Bizarrely, it is revealed that Tom’s mobile phone is not activated and the conversation is happening via another medium.

Benjamin’s henchmen have swooped and placed Eddie in the lion’s enclosure to force Hyde to emerge. He does so, hurling the lions onto the nearby van of Benjamin. Hyde heads off, battering henchman Christopher into a pulp.

Tom wakes up to discover an elderly lady who claims to be a maternal figure to him, having dumped him as a baby at a railway station 40 years ago – a descendant of Dr. Henry Jekyll She also says Katherine is working for her. Benjamin’s men move in, but they all manage to escape from his clutches…
