Prison Break: The mother of all twists!

Warning: This article includes Prison Break-related spoilery items. If you haven't seen the latest episode, look away now!

Last week we spoiled asked the question 'Was it right to kill off Edie in Desperate Housewives?'

Let's face it, it was always going to be a risk killing off one of the show's main characters - especially someone as iconic as Edie. And it turns out most of you think the same, too! Of the thousands of you that voted, a huge 49.2% believe that Nicollette Sheridan should have stuck around to cause more havoc as the bitchy-but-beautiful Edie Britt.

Just over a quarter (26.1%) thought it was the right time for Edie to leave Wisteria Lane - just not in a body bag, while 17.3% agreed that the mid-season death episode was the perfect exit for her. And a shameful 7.4% weren't entirely sure who Edie was in the first place!

But let's not dwell on the past - what's done is done. Onwards and upwards to this week's poll, in which I ask you: 'Has the latest twist ruined Prison Break?'

Last night's episode (UK pace) saw Christina Scofield confess to Michael that Lincoln isn't actually his brother. Was it one twist too far - or are you ready to twist again? (Sorry!) The show is renowned for big shocks but the latest really was the mother of them all...

Having ripped apart everything Michael and Lincoln - and the fans - believed in, Christina has proved herself to be truly evil. With only three episodes left until the end of the series (boo, hiss, etc.), we're questioning whether it was the right move. Has it ruined the show? It certainly left us with our jaws on our desks - but what did you make of it?

Cast your vote below, and if you feel like letting off some steam, feel free to type away in the usual comment box.

Prison Break airs again next Tuesday at 10pm on Sky1. Check back next week for the result!

Seriously, it was hardly a twist.....I saw that coming from season 1! I just wish they had revealed it then, but without the brothers finding out. I think it would have given the series a really different tone.

This series one one series too far, Series 3 was ok, But its gone downhill aload. I only watch because i want to know how the story plays out. Now they kill off people every episode, They spoiled it the week before for me by having Michael kill that agent following him, Michael never killed anyone. Mahone's storyline has been forgotten about and the past few episodes he's been doing a Sucre and standing in the back doing very little, His storyline was whats made series 4 watchable.

I think she is lying. If it turns out to be true they have ruined a totally good show. From the first episode we have identified the two as brothers, for the writers to change their minds would just be an insult to the programme.

The rumours for the end of this fantastic, if found to be true will be what ruins the show!

THE MOTHER OF ALL TWISTS WAS THEM BEING SET UP AGAIN if it had had a 5th season that should of been the finale!it was amazin and i cant see how they can now rap it up in 3 episodes they so should of had a 5th:'(!!!!!!!1

Actually makes sense. Micheal Schofield and lincoln burrows. I never even wondered why they did not have the same last name and no reason why it was different was ever given. They are both male and usually keep their last name if wed.

I thought the twist was good but I can't wait to see what happens with Michael and Sara's baby! We're all convinced Michael and Lincoln's mum's gonna cause a lot of trouble between them!

I don't think it's the "mother of all twists", Dan. It was just said in the middle of an episode. A bad twist, badly executed... KG
