A 'FlashForward' lasting 6 mins 20 secs

We don't know how you feel, but we're really loving FlashForward right now. Much like the first season of Prison Break, all of the pieces are finally starting to come together as the show hurtles towards its season finale (and, given its ratings performance, most likely series finale).
The last episode ended with a surprise twist - Demetri is addressed in a video message recorded 19 years in the past - but next time, the focus switches back to Mark, who decides he must move out of the family home in order to protect his family.
