'Glee' climbs to new high of 1.4 million

Episode 11 of the musical comedy, which saw Rachel undergo a makeover in order to win Finn's affections, pulled in 1.35m (5.5%), once again making it the most-watched programme on the multichannel stations. E4+1's 10pm repeat added a strong 245k (1.4%).
The previous high of 1.25m (5.2%) was logged in last Monday's instalment.
Elsewhere, Panorama took 3.06m (11.9%) for BBC One at 8.30pm, then a repeat of New Tricks attracted 4.12m (16.6%) during the 9pm hour.
University Challenge and Raymond Blanc: Kitchen Secrets had 3.01m (11.8%) and 2.25m (8.8%) for BBC Two during the 8pm hour, then 1.64m (6.6%) watched A Band For Britain at 9pm.

Dispatches: Children of Gaza and The Secret Millionaire drew 560k (2.2%) and 2.3m (9.3%) for Channel 4 at 8pm and 9pm respectively.
The Gadget Show interested 1.41m (5.5%) for Five, then The Good, The Bad and The Ugly averaged 1.33m (8.8%) between 9pm and 12.40am.
Overall, ITV1 came top during primetime with an average share of 23.1% to BBC One's 20.3%. BBC Two was third with 7.7%, followed by Channel 4 with 4.7% (+1: 0.8%) and Five's 5.1%.
