Cameron & Chase: Is this the end?

It's no secret that Jennifer Morrison is waving goodbye to House and heading off to pastures new. But what we all want to know is: how and why will Cameron be leaving Princeton Plainsboro?
This week, the story steps up a gear as the show prepares for life sans Cameron. First up, C&C have some shocking news for the team:

Elsewhere, House is finally reinstated, which means it's bye-bye Foreman!
House continues Mondays at 8pm on Fox in the US and Sundays at 9pm on Sky1 in the UK.

They only put Chase and Cameron together because they used to be a real-life couple. Where's Taub? And what about Huddy? I like the idea of Cameron's exit creating a half old/half new team (13 will back, no doubt? - writers seem to love her. WHERE'S TAUB??) but don't want it to be permanent :( Would rather lose Chase.
