Shows involved in the deal include The Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, Fringe and Chuck.
The first three seasons of teen supernatural series Vampire Diaries arrives for UK Netflix users on December 1, while the entire five-season run of Gossip Girl will debut on March 1.
All five seasons of sci-fi hit Fringe and cult favourite Chuck will follow later in 2013.

Other shows already on Netflix include the critically acclaimed Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy and the whole of Lost.
Netflix recently announced that it has reached more than 30 million members around the world, including 5m outside of the US.
