Who's pregnant in 'Dollhouse'?

Okay, that was a slightly misleading title, because it's possible there's no Dollhouse pregnancy. But as these pictures show, there is definitely a newborn baby involved in the show's upcoming second season!

The new photos - taken from 'Instinct', the third episode of season two - show Echo and Sierra out and about with (what we presume is) a baby boy. We won't give too much of the plot away, but there are several possible stories based on these shots: a) one of the girls gave birth recently; b) Echo's been programmed as a babysitter/new mum; c) Echo/Sierra has been imprinted to act as a kidnapper. Which do you think is the most plausible?
