'Dr Who' tops poll as screen's best doc

The Time Lord made his debut in 1963 and has since been brought to life by 11 actors, the most recent being Matt Smith.
A spokesman for OnePoll, who carried out the survey, told The Mirror that the character was now considered to be a "national treasure".
Back To The Future's Emett Brown came second in the survey, followed by Karl Kennedy from Neighbours. Rounding off the top five were Dr Evil, from Austin Powers, and famed American paediatrician Dr Spock.
