Im meeting matt smith tomm as he is coming to our school i work as a teacher there, so hope to get a pic taken with him. For people saying Matt will be rubbish, give him a chance think he will be excellent

I am willing to give Matt Smith a chance. I'm really excited about a new season, even if all my favorite characters have left the show, I'm sure new ones will come around. But I'm hoping the new Doctor will be the Doctor. Won't know till Eleventh Hour comes out, so that's all I'll say for now.

Fred, how can you make that judgement without seeing the series first??? Surely you should try and watch a few episodes and then if you still think it's crap, then it's a fair comment but before you've seen it???????????? Me thinks you should give it a try, you might like it!

I disagree -Tenant was a good Doctor, but the producer (Russell T Davies) was milking his payday, he ran out of ideas and kept bringing back characters which he had previously dramatically disposed off... something that never happened in the classic series.

I am SO pleased that David Tennant has finally moved on.I was so fed up with his version of The Doctor and the "End of Time" was dreadful! Matt Smith seems an excellent choice as the new Doctor. I have to admit I was surprised they picked someone so young but if he's right for the part? Great! The trailer looks exciting and full of fun. The space battle seen looks amazing! I can't wait!!!
