The Law & Order: UK actor played the fifth Doctor from 1982 to 1984 and current Who star Matt Smith has said that he would like to appear alongside his predecessors in a special 2013 episode.
However, Davison told BANG Showbiz: "I feel no need to turn my back on [a guest appearance] but I don't feel like it's the kind of thing they'd do. I'd be very surprised if they tried to do anything involving the old Doctors."
Davison previously reprised his role for the Children in Need special 'Time Crash' in 2007, appearing alongside tenth Doctor David Tennant.
"I'm perfectly happy to have played my part [in] 'Time Crash'," he said. "I don't feel like I'm hanging on a phone call from the Doctor Who offices."
Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat recently insisted that 2013 will be "an amazing year" for fans of the sci-fi drama.
"I've got various plans, but all I can say emphatically is it will be huge," he teased. "There's lot of decisions we're making that are about making all that possible. It'll be amazing."
Doctor Who will return to BBC One this Christmas for a festive special.
