Desperate Housewives star Ryan Carnes enjoyed every minute of filming for a guest appearance in Doctor Who.
The actor, who played Justin in the hit US show, joined the Doctor for episodes four and five of the new series, which see the Timelord battling Daleks in thirties New York.
"Filming was so much fun! I literally got the call from my agent in the middle of the night saying 'Pack your stuff, you’re going to Wales'. I was whisked off and spent five weeks filming there," Ryan told The Sun.
"I play a young guy who's met the love of his life. The couple are at that stage of the relationship where they can't get enough of each other - but then suddenly something strange happens. I sort of become a pig. I get caught between the human realm and the swine realm. It kind of throws a wrench into the relationship."
