'Doctor Who's Sophia Myles tweets about 'calls' from Steven Moffat

Doctor Who guest star Sophia Myles took to Twitter today to post a string of cryptic messages.

The 33-year-old actress, who played Madame de Pompadour in the 2006 episode 'The Girl in the Fireplace', teased that she kept "missing calls" from showrunner Steven Moffat.

Myles added that she had left the exec producer a voicemail message, before later claiming that she had spoken to Moffat and "figured everything out".




Moffat recently said that he was "nearer the end than the beginning" when it came to his time as showrunner on Doctor Who.

Meanwhile, speaking about the 50th anniversary of the show, incumbent Doctor Matt Smith has revealed that the episode will "celebrate old Doctors".
