Members of the online streaming service, which hit 1 million subscribers in the UK and Ireland last year, took to the comments page to vent their frustrations.
The UK version used to host various episodes starring old Doctors including William Hartnell, Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker and Sylvester McCoy but the episodes are no longer available to stream. The rebooted Doctor Who series one to five remains available.
However, Netflix US currently has several episodes from the classic series ready to stream across 18 collections as well as series one to six of the reboot - a whole series more than the UK.
Netflix Canada has episodes from classic Who across four collections including episodes The Tomb of the Cybermen and The Robots of Death.
One user wrote: "What happened to the Classic Doctor Who episodes?? I was SO enjoying seeing the early days of the Doctor! Please bring it back."
Another compared the UK site to the US one, saying: "I agree with what everyone else is saying here - us UK customers are getting a really raw deal. The US has all the old Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and so many other series that I wanted to watch.
"I'm actually considering cancelling my subscription, since my friends in the US actually suggested Netflix to me and the inclusion of these series was what pushed me to sign up.
"Come on, Netflix! Give the UK the same care as you give to the US, or I think you may find yourselves losing customers to other streaming services."
