The actor recently moved to London after playing OB in the Channel 4 soap for the last ten years.
Talking about potential future roles, he told Nuts TV: "Doctor Who would be good. I'm not a massive Doctor Who fan, but I do love a bit of sci-fi. That would be amazing... it's totally different. You wouldn't get an alien in Hollyoaks!"
Jeffries made his final onscreen appearance in the soap last night when his character joined girlfriend Summer Shaw (Summer Strallen) in London.
But he told presenters Dan and Steve that would not rule out starring in another show with Matt Littler, who played his best friend Max.
He said: "I'm not sure I'd like to do a spinoff show, but we could maybe do some presenting or a documentary together."
