Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy, Head affirmed his interest in resurrecting the villainous character of Mr Finch, who he played in the 2006 story 'School Reunion'. "If they ask me I'd say 'yes' in a flash," he said. "I think he should come back. He was good fun. There is a school of thought that he's dead, but you don't see him die. Who knows?"
Head, soon to be seen in BBC One's The Invisibles, added that "it was such good fun working with Mr [David] Tennant - he's a lovely actor".
Starring alongside K-9 was more of a testing experience for the former Buffy star: "I've worked with more responsive actors. After all this time, they might have worked out one or two more means of propulsion - he was quite slow off the mark." However, Head joked: "I know he's a lot of people's favourite, so I'm not going to diss him!"
