This rather nifty little BBC One ident should make Christmas all that more special this year, no?

This site really needs to start getting more up to date.. not just for Who, but for most things. Not having a go, just a bit of advise seeing most news can be read elsewhere perhaps 24 hours prior. This ident has been online since friday! ...saying that, I do love it. Up there with the Wallace & Gromit ident of last year.

Great ident! The sound of the music reminds me of the old 80s BBC Radiophonic Workshop sounds!!

Love it! Really appropriate for Mr Tennant's Swansong as the Doctor. Going to miss him, but he's still going to be on our TVs loads :)

Whilst it is a great ident, I wonder if by New Years day I will be bored of it. Also whilst trying not be be a party pooper, it is afer all a great ident, I am not a fan of programme related idents at Christmas. I would have loved it to be Father christmas rather than the Doctor.

Top drawer! That's genuinely made me laugh out loud and beats the (woeful in my opinion) Wallace and Gromit ones from last year hands down.

How clever is that? I've loved this ident (though thought it was first aired far too early), but did anybody notice how the full version with reindeer-hauled TARDIS disappeared straightaway with the departure of DT. The second half of East Enders was therefore greeted by the neutral, and rather sad looking, winter sunset scene, sans Doctor, previously reserved for News bulletins and other 'serious' programmes over the holiday period.
