New 'Doctor Who' pictures unveiled

The new season of Doctor Who is nearly with us. In seven days' time we'll be bringing you preview pictures of 'The Impossible Astronaut', plus a whole week of interviews, teasers and other Who-shenanigans.
But before all that, the BBC has released a smattering of images for stories in the first half of season six. Click though the gallery below for guest stars, Gaiman and the return of an old foe. It goes without saying that there are spoilers ahead!
