The City, which will air on MTV One next month, will follow the socialite as she moves from LA to downtown New York, reports The Sun.
The 23-year-old landed a job working for design house Diane Von Furstenberg in 2008. The show will focus on her new career and her attempts to make new friends and meet love interests in her new home.
Port appeared alongside Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge in the first four series of LA-based reality show The Hills.
