CBS has given the green-light to a thirteenth and fourteenth season of Survivor, taking the reality TV powerhouse through the end of the 2007 American TV season.
However, rumours persist that long-time series host Jeff Probst will not renew his contract when it expires at the end of the twelfth Survivor series, which will air in the US next spring.
DS reported in October that Probst was considering whether or not to renew that contract and the AP reported today that negotiations on a new contract have not begun.
