Uzma Bashir Sheikh has become the third contestant voted off ITV's Survivor island.
The 30-year-old received four of the seven votes from fellow members of the Helang tribe.
"I was happy to leave, it was my time to go and quite frankly, I'd had enough," she said.

"I wasn't prepared to be party to bitching and slagging each other down."
Speaking of fellow contestants Adrian and Charlotte, who began an affair whilst on the island, she said: "We all slept very close together with legs and arms all over the place and I touched somewhere that I shouldn't have touched.
"We were all tossing and turning all night because it was so uncomfortable. One night I realised there was touchy-feely going on but no grunting going on.
"I was the first to find out about them because I was very close with both of them. I think the rest of the tribe members realised there was something happening.
"Charlotte felt guilty when she was there, but sometimes things happen.
"They tried to be discreet about it. I think Charlotte certainly wants to patch it up with her husband. I think she was feeling quite insecure. She really wants to patch it up 100%."
She also tipped Charlotte to win the £1 million prize. "When you are there you get taken over by her but when you go away, you wonder whether there was something else there. She will definitely go much further down the line."
"I didn't realise the factors that went into a reality show. I was too huggy and kissy, but I hope one of our team wins the million," she concluded.
