Survivor Panama: Meeta voted off
Published Wednesday, Apr 3 2002, 22:42 BST | By Neil Wilkes
Meeta Bose has become the fourth evictee on ITV's Survivor: Panama.
The 35-year-old from Hertshire received four votes from fellow tribe members on North Island, having asked to be evicted several days previous.
Meeta voted for Helen, saying: "Helen, I'm voting for you because you're the last person on the tribe that they're going to vote off, so one vote against you won't be too bad. You're wonderful."
The day before, the tribe had lost their second successive immunity challenge to South Island, after a tense tie-break which saw Meeta (North) and Jonny (South) having to eat two locusts, a live crab and two white worms.
Survivor: Panama airs Wednesdays at 9.45pm on ITV1.
