'Torchwood' star Barrowman keen to continue
Torchwood star John Barrowman has revealed that he is keen to continue playing Captain Jack Harkness for several more years.

"If I was asked to do Jack for the next five or six years I would do it with a big smile on my face, because I absolutely love playing him," Barrowman told Sci-Fi Wire. "When the time comes for us to close the page on Torchwood and Jack Harkness, I'm also then happy to do that when that decision is made."

Barrowman, whose character first appeared in the first series of the revived Doctor Who in 2005, expressed his hopes for the future of Torchwood: "I think it's got a bit of a life out there. Let's hope we get [series] three, [series] four and, hopefully, [season] five."
