S01E05: 'Small Worlds'

A group of vicious 'fairies' stalk the streets of Cardiff, having existed on the planet since the dawn of time. Their chosen method of death is suffocation via the medium of rose petals - an act that Captain Jack believes is their idea of fun. But why are they doing it?

As the Torchwood crew investigate the incidents, they uncover a link with a young girl named Jasmine. She is revealed to be The Chosen One, who can summon the fairies to perform wicked acts against her enemies on her behalf.

Meanwhile, an old lady who believes she has photographed the fairies is unaware of their malevolent nature, despite Captain Jack's attempts to convince her. But this isn't the first time the pair have locked horns...
