Is Dan getting jealous on 'Gossip Girl'?

Serena and Colin may have decided to wait until he's stopped lecturing before moving on with their relationship, but it seems like not everyone's happy with the arrangement! In the next episode, 'Juliet Doesn't Live Here Anymore', Dan tries to convince Serena that it's all a bad idea. He's clearly looking out for her, but is there a bit of jealousy there too?
