The Fun Lovin' Criminals frontman and BBC 6 Music DJ appeared in series five as record shop owner Toxic Bob who sells Rich (Alexander Arnold) a deafening record.
Morgan told Digital Spy that he could make a return for the current generation's second year.
"I haven't been killed off - the record store does still exist. There have been talks," he said.
"It was fun for me, they did pretty much let me do whatever I wanted. I was supposed to obviously sell this kid this record in the thing, but other than that they were pretty cool."
Skins recently began filming its sixth series in Bristol.
