'24' moves nights on Sky1

Well technically, 24 has been "fast-tracked" for a long time now: typically the show would air here within a week or two of US broadcast.
But when Jack returns for his seventh outing in January, the tracking will get even faster. I hear that 24 is being moved from its traditional Sunday night home next to Lost, to Tuesday nights, alongside Prison Break.
The move means that UK viewers are likely to see new episodes less than 24 hours after their transatlantic cousins do.
At present there are no plans to move Lost from Sundays.

Good point craig, but either way im pleased. TV networks are realising that a global audience needs/wants/deserves shows airing at similar times. Looking forward to this so much :D

This is brilliant news, I am a huge fan of 24 and i can't wait until day 7 starts in the new year and this means we get to see the next episode the next day after the us. And i am also looking forward to redemption on monday at 10pm.

I preferred sundays really... And we'll only get the new episodes less than 24 hours after US if Sky1 decide to go with the same 4 hour premiere that Fox are doing.

Well i watched the first episode (it was a double) last night after downloading it from newsgroups hours after it aired in the states. If it doesnt show until jan in the uk then it is at least a month behind.
