'Island' girls make plea for new hair

The female contestants on Love Island have made a desperate request for replacement hair extensions.

While their male counterparts engaged in a spot of head-shaving, Colleen and Emily paid a visit to the Beach Hut to register their plea.

Colleen began: “We were wondering if you can fly some extensions out so we can get our hair done so we won’t have to deal with the extension trauma that we’re having here!”

As she pulled one of her old hair pieces from her head, newcomer Emily added: "They’re malting like clumps today and they’re getting all over the house – I had very good hair before!”

“We want Pamela Anderson hair and that’s a lot of hair! I think it would be better for the show as well if we had good hair," Colleen argued.

Interrupting the former Playmate, Emily exclaimed: “The boys said we wouldn’t get laid without having good hair!”
