“ Love Island ”
'Island' boys fall out over Colleen
Published Friday, Aug 4 2006, 10:04 BST | By Susanna Regan
Love Island's Lee was left upset after fellow contestant Paul Danan observed that he was "being played" by Colleen.
Recently the island's inhabitants have noticed Lee becoming increasingly attached to the Playmate, and the boys decided to warn him to calm down a bit.
Chris was first to offer his advice, saying: "Be careful give some but don’t give up. Hold some s**t back for yourself."
However, Paul decided to elaborate. He told Lee: "Do what you wanna do. He doesn’t have to say anything. I have a feeling the whole nation is saying 'Lee your being played' and you don’t want to be played. You’re being played."
The 24-year old responded: "You don’t see us cuddling. Why are you being so rotten?" He then stormed off.
Later in the evening, after cooling down following some calming words from Chris, Lee seemed to have absorbed what the boys had said.
Talking in the Beach Hut, he admitted: “This has been going on for ages. I must look like a right kn**; Paul is probably right.”
