Sophie has expressed her concern about Bianca's eating habits after the departure of Leo from Love Island, as she worries the teenager might "balloon".
During a conversation with Emma, the model observed: “She’s eating her feelings.” Agreeing with the comment, Emma elaborated on the idea, saying: “She’s replaced Leo with food. I can see a mile off what it is with Bianca. She feels low, she feels like she’s been putting on weight, she feels like she’s worn all her clothes. The usual things. She thinks ‘I’m just going to ignore it’.”
Noting that the 19-year-old's behaviour could have severe implications, Sophie continued: “I’m worried about her. She’s going to balloon if she carries on eating like that. It’s all the wrong foods as well. Cereal, chocolate. I know I’ve demolished chocolate but I don’t drink so I can get away with it. And she’s drinking heavily as well. Did you see how much wine she was drinking last night? And wine the night before, she downed a bottle herself.”
Worrying about the effect of Bianca's new eating patterns on her own dealings with her, Sophie said: "And I think she’s got p***ed off with me because I don’t put on weight. She feels that c**p and she sees me eat all this and that’s natural. But I don’t know what to say to Bianca because whatever I say she will take it as an insult. She’s gorgeous. She doesn’t need to worry. She’s thin at the moment. But if she carries on eating like that she’s going to feel horrific.”
After shooting down Emma's suggestion that the girls all make an effort to doll themselves up for dinner, Sophie was horrified to see that Bianca was snacking again.
"She was hardly eating when Leo was here. I can’t believe it, she’s eating another bowl of cereal. That’s her fourth in a row. It’s not my place to [stop her eating]. She’s not fat in the slightest but it’s her confidence. She’s potentially got another three weeks in here. I have noticed she’s started covering up. She’s not walking around in a bikini like she used to. That stops me from eating loads, just wearing a bikini all day," the model added.
