Sophie Anderton more "mellow" than ever

Sophie Anderton has revealed that a weight has been lifted from her shoulders since being diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
The model, who shocked viewers with her tantrums and mood-swings on ITV1's Love Island, has insisted that she is now more "calm" and "mellow" than she has been for years.
"I'm an emotional person. I can't blame everything on the Bipolar, but it made me understand why my emotions were up and down," she told Celebs on Sunday. "Now I know what's wrong with me, a weight has been lifted from my shoulders."
On her Love Island appearance, she added: "It's safe to say we all went a little loopy out there. It brought out a side to us we didn't recognise. I have to take some responsibility for being a bit emotional but with the production being so huge, it was hard for them to get me my medication on time. I found that hard to deal with. I don't blame the show though. After two weeks my moods evened out."
