Pop Idol hopeful Daniel Webster is considering whether to sue the show amid claims he was made to look like "a psycho" by producers.
The 19-year-old student was seen telling judges he knew "where they lived" after being rejected in last night's episode of the ITV series.
Speaking to The People today, he claimed that his audition had been played out like a scene from classic horror movie Psycho, even using the film's distinctive soundtrack.
"I'm no stalker or psycho," Daniel said. "I've been misrepresented, misjudged and misedited. The show's producers made me look like a real idiot. I'm furious and am looking at suing them."
