“ Celeb Academy ”
Paul Ross out of 'Celebrity Fame Academy'

Paul Ross has been denied a place in the BBC's Celebrity Fame Academy this evening.
The result of the viewer voting -- which raised over £90,000 for Comic Relief in just one hour -- meant that Paul and last-minute replacament Doon Mackichan were both up for potential eviction, having amassed the fewest votes each.
It was then the responsibility of the other seven students to determine which of the two would be denied a place in the academy. Each had to vote for who they wanted to see remain on the show.
Ulrika voted for Doon because "she has great teeth," whilst Will went for Doon because "she's not had as much chance as everyone else." Ruby selected Doon too: "I'm hoping we can make a remake of Tipping the Velvet in the dorm."
Jo chose Doon over Paul because "she hasn't got a criminal record," although Kwame picked Paul because he "had a great laugh with him today."
Fearne selected Doon: "I think her performance tonight was brilliant." Last to vote was John, who voted for Doon because "in the VT package Doon said she loved me".
At the end of the show, the three students singing for survival in tomorrow's show were announced as Doon, Fearne Cotton and Jo Brand.
Celebrity Fame Academy airs Saturday at 19.25 on BBC One and BBC Three.
