Rivron fails to win a place in 'Fame Academy'

The TV host found himself in the bottom three alongside presenter Angellica Bell and comedienne Miranda Hart after failing to impress the public with a performance of Stand By Your Man.
Angellica was given a reprieve in the judges' vote, leaving Rowland and Miranda's fates in the hands of their fellow contestants. The students decided to give Miranda another chance; which meant that Rowland was the show's first casualty.
All thirteen contestants had sung live to the nation in an attempt to win a place in the brand new Fame Academy next week.
"It is a shame I didn't get into the Academy as it was clear that at the age of 32 a singing career is just round the corner," Rowland joked. "I hope to God all my fellow contestants improve."
The next episode airs on Wednesday night.
