It's taken five seasons, but Grey's Anatomy is finally going to air in the UK in relatively short order.

Normally Living keeps back the show for summer, meaning that often episodes air here a full year after first being seen in the US.

Now I have word that the fifth season, which began two months ago in the States, will premiere here in January, hot on the heels of season four.

Joining the cast for season five of Grey's are Brit actor Kevin McKidd and Home & Away's Melissa George.
